Delete your account

You can delete your Besto account, and the data tied to it, whenever you like. It takes a minute, in the app.

In the app

1. Open Besto.
2. Tap the gear on Home to open Settings.
3. Tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm. (Without an account, the button says Delete my data.)

What we delete

• Your account, email and name.
• Your invite code and any pending rewards.
• Your backup (your plan and daily totals), if you turned it on.
• Your subscription record on our side.
• The Sign in with Apple link, if you used it.

Your pause history, reasons, app choices and Besto Score stay on your phone and never reach us. When you delete, you can choose to clear them from the phone too.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Can’t open the app?

Email founders@theattentioncompany.co from the address on your account, and we’ll delete it for you.
